Our subsidiary HSB Management in MälarDalarna is now looking for a Property Caretaker/Repair Technician in Örebro. With us, you will work closely with people, properties, and technology – in an organization that stands for security, sustainability, and care.

About the role

As a Property Caretaker/Repair Technician, you play a key role in the daily operations of our properties. You work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues, residents, boards, and contractors.

The work is varied and flexible – no day is the same. You handle both planned and urgent matters, ensuring that our properties function as they should while contributing to a safe and pleasant living environment.

Your tasks

In this role, you will work with:

• Receiving and handling maintenance requests
• Troubleshooting and repairs in apartments, premises, and common areas
• Work within:
• HVAC
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• Appliances
• Technical supervision and ongoing maintenance of properties
• Documentation and reporting in digital systems such as Agda, Hailey, and UR-plan

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Property management education at the high school level or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and repairs
• Previous experience in similar tasks
• Driver's license (B) (required)
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Good computer skills and is comfortable with digital tools and mobile devices in work
